Carol is the most helpful and knowledgeable agent we’ve had the pleasure of working with. She was able to advise us on the all of the places we wanted to travel, and she knew the hotels, districts, restaurants and experiences that would be best suited to our interests and preferences. When we had the unfortunate experience of having to cancel one of our trips due to pandemic restrictions, she worked hard with all of the vendors to make sure we received refunds on our deposits that we wouldn’t have been achieve on our own. Carole booked our party of 5 on our flights to Germany. She spent time finding the right flights and even got a better price by looking at the day before and the day after our original dates.

Carole is always there for me when i have a problem. if for some reason she can't fix it on the spot she will make sure i get an answer back ASAP. i have lots of issues because i fly a lot and need changes in the middle of the trip. They always get fixed.

Carole and AMT are my secret weapon when it comes to travel. I travel 2 weeks per month for work (not to mention for fun). Every once in a while, the worst happens, and it reminds me why I use a travel agent. I flew from Manchester to JFK, with the plan to connect through to Washington DC. When I landed and turned on my phone, I was advised that my flight was cancelled and rebooked, then cancelled and rebooked. While getting my bags at customs, it was cancelled again, as were all flights due to weather. I absolutely had to be in DC because of a key business meeting, and I called Carole to help. She was able to get me on a train out of Penn station, and on my way. When I arrived Penn station, I saw a long list of delayed and cancelled trains, again due to weather. Carole again for the win, a quick phone call to review all my options, and we decided on the best course of action. Four hours later, I was in my hotel and resting for my meetings.
