As a Travel Advisor for many years, I have been fortunate enough to explore all the different aspects of travel, including luxury, business, “couch surfing”, cruising and touring. It has allowed me to select the areas to specialize. Air Travel has become very complicated and finding the right and best flights for clients at the best price has become more than a skill and borders on an art.
I have also had the luxury of a deep dive into cruising and certain destinations that are dear to my heart. “Cruising the Med” includes finding the right ports/countries and the right ship for each client and their family. I have enjoyed experiencing these ships and ports so I can report back and recommend them with confidence. The ports of the Mediterranean Sea, Barcelona to Nice to Rome to Athens to Istanbul are exciting and varied. Different cultures, languages and customs offer everything a new cruiser to an experienced cruiser desire. From big ships with thousands of passengers to small ships with just a couple of hundred, I can offer you the exact experience you may want.
Destinations where I love to plan packages to are my home state of California and the National Parks of the United States. Luxury travel packages to California include Wine Country, private touring in the major hubs of San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego. The National Parks aren’t all about camping but include Glamping, historic hotels and private guides. Experiences include fishing, horseback riding, ATVs, private chefs and stargazing. National parks from Maine to Montana to Nome offer exciting opportunities to enjoy nature in a civilized way.
Stretching across the U.S.A. has allowed me to get familiar with Canada. The vast wilderness and majestic scenery that is our neighbor to the north is an extension of my foray into the U.S. National Parks and its enjoyment. Carol is the most helpful and knowledgeable agent we’ve had the pleasure of working with. She was able to advise us on the all of the places we wanted to travel, and she knew the hotels, districts, restaurants and experiences that would be best suited to our interests and preferences. When we had the unfortunate experience of having to cancel one of our trips due to pandemic restrictions, she worked hard with all of the vendors to make sure we received refunds on our deposits that we wouldn’t have been achieve on our own. Carole booked our party of 5 on our flights to Germany. She spent time finding the right flights and even got a better price by looking at the day before and the day after our original dates.

Carole is always there for me when i have a problem. if for some reason she can't fix it on the spot she will make sure i get an answer back ASAP. i have lots of issues because i fly a lot and need changes in the middle of the trip. They always get fixed.

Saving the day in every way!
Carole and AMT are my secret weapon when it comes to travel. I travel 2 weeks per month for work (not to mention for fun). Every once in a while, the worst happens, and it reminds me why I use a travel agent. I flew from Manchester to JFK, with the plan to connect through to Washington DC. When I landed and turned on my phone, I was advised that my flight was cancelled and rebooked, then cancelled and rebooked. While getting my bags at customs, it was cancelled again, as were all flights due to weather. I absolutely had to be in DC because of a key business meeting, and I called Carole to help. She was able to get me on a train out of Penn station, and on my way. When I arrived Penn station, I saw a long list of delayed and cancelled trains, again due to weather. Carole again for the win, a quick phone call to review all my options, and we decided on the best course of action. Four hours later, I was in my hotel and resting for my meetings.
