Nakisha has spent extra time with us compared to other travels agents in finding the best deal an airline ticket purchase. She has been very creative on how to best use our points with or without cash. She also has pointed out credit card benefits that I was not aware of!

Excellent trip to a family wedding in Waterford, I

NaChrisa worked closely with us as we r handicapped with mobility issues. She booked us JetBlue’s fantastic“Mint” seating to Dublin, from JFK, found a car service to drive us to Waterford which was a 2&half hour drive. Worked w/AmEx to use our points. Double and tripled checked on our trip details. Booked us in Dublin AirPort Clayton Hotel to make it easier to make our return on our 11:30am JetBlue flight
