Offer is valid for cruises purchased on the www.amtcruises.com website through December 31, 2007, with final payment made by December 31, 2007. Airfare, other purchases and arrangements made during your vacation stay, and any charges not included in the cruise vacation are not eligible for bonus points. Cruise sailings purchased through this online booking system are not eligible for the Cruise Privileges Program or the Cardmember Annual Travel Benefit. These programs are available through PTS or your local American Express Travel Services locations. To be eligible to earn points, you must be enrolled in the Membership Rewards Program at the time of purchase and you must charge your cruise vacation on an eligible, enrolled American Express® Card. Bonus Points will be credited to your Program account 10-12 weeks after final payment has been made. The Program annual fee is $40, except as otherwise provided below. There is no fee for the Program for Preferred Rewards Green Card, Preferred Rewards Gold Card, Rewards Plus Gold Card, Centurion® Card, Platinum Card®, Corporate Platinum Card, Business Membership Rewards Card, Business Platinum Card, Business Centurion Card and Fidelity American Express Platinum Card members. The annual fee is $75 for Corporate Cardmembers who enroll only their Corporate Card in the Program or for Corporate Cards with a Lending Card linked to the Membership Rewards account.
