At
the Airport -The safety and health of all pets traveling
through International Airports are important to us. All
animals, with the exception of service dogs, must be kept within
their travel carriers while inside the airport terminal. Outside the
terminal building, all pets must be leashed.
·
Most
airports provide an outdoor pet relief area near the Lost and Found
office on the airport´s baggage claim level. The areas are
well-lit and covered with bark dust. Animals must be
leashed.

Pet
Air Travel - Policies
regarding pet travel vary from airline to airline, so contact your
airline directly regarding fees, pet carrier guidelines and health
requirements. Several links are available for airline-specific
pet information. Airlines will often allow only a limited number of
pets in the cabin of the aircraft, so be sure to call your airline
and reserve a space for your pet.
·
Picking
up a Pet
- Call
your airline in advance to determine whether your pet is to be
picked up at a cargo office or in the terminal. If you are picking
up your pet at the airline's cargo office, the airline will provide
you with the appropriate address and directions.
